We’re coming back! We are excited to share that the AISGC 2022 Hawaiian Steel Guitar Festival is on! We invite everyone to join us July 21-23 at the Winchester Towne Square Community Centre in Winchester, Indiana, for our major comeback festival. The festival will include daily performances, seminars and a Saturday night luau show. Feel free to reach out to us if you would like to reserve a performance slot. It will be great seeing everyone after a long couple of years. Please note: masks and social distancing will be encouraged. This year’s special guest artist will be Alan Akaka. Alan is the chairman of the Hawaiian Institute for Music Enrichment and Learning Experiences (HIMELE) and founder of Ke Kula Mele Hawaii School of Music. He is also a master Hawaiian Steel Guitarist and an inductee of the Hawaiian Music Hall of Fame. Alan will be performing and providing seminars at our festival. A note on Covid-19: For the safety of all, we are encouraging attendees to take proper precautions while attending. We will have masks and hand sanitizer available at the Community Center.
